The Great Big Bopper (GBB) is the perfect solution for most large commercial pool applications, for both heating and cooling. A single unit features a half million BTUs with a 6.3 C.O.P. Its compact footprint alleviates the large space requirement for multiple unit applications. GBB’s dual plumbing feature and single electrical hookup allow for easy, convenient installation.
The heavy duty design and construction of the Great Big Bopper ensure its durability and reliability, along with the quality expected of AquaCal heat pumps. This unit features the SuperQuiet operation unique to AquaCal.

Swimming Pool Drain Recall Information
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), in cooperation with certain drain cover manufacturers, announced a voluntary recall of about 1 million drain covers manufactured and installed after December 2008. According to the CPSC, the recalled drain covers were incorrectly rated by independent third party laboratories to handle the flow of water through the cover as specified by VGBA.
Drain Recall Procedure
The procedure is for the homeowner to contact the CPSC hotline or website. The CSPC toll free drain recall number is 866-478-3521. Service guys should not be replacing covers until the homeowner calls the drain recall hotline - they will not be reimbursed if prior approval has not been given. APSP.org and CPSC.gov have a lot of useful information for builders, service techs and especially homeowners.

Will Manufacture Lion Pool Products in AquaCal Facility
Fort Lauderdale, Florida— Team Horner is proud to announce its acquisition of the Lion Pool Products Line. Production has been moved to AquaCal AutoPilot’s manufacturing facility in St. Petersburg, Florida and product is ready to ship.
AquaCal, with its dynamic engineering facility, will produce the well-known Safety Volt Transformers, ensuring consistency in the quality and dependability that the transformers have been known for since 1967. The other products that will be continued include leaf skimmers, leaf rakes, telescoping poles, Silver Maxx Poles and throwlines.
AquaCal AutoPilot, Inc. has been manufacturing Heat Pumps and Salt Chlorine Generators in Florida, USA, since 1981 and is excited to add these products to its offering.
